At CODEVYTE, we build cloud infrastructures designed to safeguard the privacy of creators and their premium subscribers. This Privacy Policy details how we process user identities, email addresses, and subscription transaction logs.

1. Data Storage & AWS Sovereignty

All subscriber databases are stored in secure AWS region instances (typically us-east-1 or local regions corresponding to client markets). We do not share subscriber emails or lists with third-party advertising companies. Database clusters are shielded inside private subnet VPCs with strict IAM roles.

2. Subscription Authentication & Cookies

We utilize Amazon Cognito to manage customer identities and password keys. Cognito stores essential authentication session cookies inside the reader's browser to validate active memberships and support paywalls.

3. GDPR & CCPA User Controls

Every newsletter subscriber possesses the absolute right to unsubscribe, request complete deletion of their account record (right to be forgotten), or request a JSON copy of their history log. Subscribers can trigger these rights directly by contacting the publisher support desk.
