Terms of Service Agreement

Welcome to CODEVYTE. By accessing our cloud tools, consulting services, or deploying the InsightSphere™ platform, you agree to comply with this Terms of Service agreement.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

Publishers deploying InsightSphere™ must not distribute spam campaigns, malicious code, phishing alerts, or fraudulent investment schemes. If bounce rates exceed AWS SES thresholds (5%) or spam complaints exceed 0.1%, we reserve the right to temporarily pause IP sending pools to protect reputation scores.

2. Software Licensing & Code Handoffs

CODEVYTE grants you a commercial license to run our newsletter application files. Enterprise plan clients receive full Terraform setup scripts and database keys, granting you absolute rights to run, modify, or branch your instance independently.

3. Billing & Termination

Subscription services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual schedule. Failure to pay hosting fees within 14 days of due invoice alerts may result in temporary system suspension. Creators remain sole owners of all database contents.
